LONDONA two-storey apartment in a Grade II listed building, blending historical charm with modern sophistication.
We will reinstate period features lost in a late-nineties development, including Versailles flooring and elegant medallion cornicing, while adding contemporary touches like a bespoke fireplace and sculptural curved handrail.
A consistent palette will flow throughout, with limewash wall textures, smoked oak, and bronze metal detailing. Linen drapes, soft archways, and travertine stone will add warmth and timeless elegance.
This project will celebrate the building's architecture while embracing minimalism and modern living. Launching 2025.
